musty room broken lock

the room smelled strongly of mildew. i told the staff, but they only offered air freshener.. that didn't help much. also, the terrace door didn't lock. i had to wait for maintenance to fix it, and no one even apologized. it was annoying to waste time on that, especially after a long day..

amazing hospitality cuisines variety constant cleaning

The staff demonstrated amazing hospitality throughout my stay. I found the food to be lovely, with a great variety of different cuisines available daily. Rooms were cleaned constantly and I received some nice towel art.

i appreciated the excellent service i received . the staff was always helpful and attentive to my needs. i liked the comfortable and clean rooms that i stayed in. i also enjoyed the delicious food options available at the dining areas.

i noticed that the walls are thin and sound insulation could be improved.
